Disclaimer: The organizers of Bushel 007, volunteers and affiliates cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items or a guest’s personal safety and welfare during the event.  The organizers of Bushel Bash 007 including those who live at 1853 and 1895 Church St. reserve the right to eject any guest from the event and property for unacceptable behavior or unlawful acts without refund. The use or possession of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden.

Participation in Bushel Bash 007 is considered “at your own risk”. All participants must use due care under the circumstances to comply with all rules, regulations, statutes, and laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

The organizers of Bushel 007 also reserve the right to post any pictures taken during the events on its websites without asking permission of each individual that are in the pictures. (Discretion will be applied where appropriate and requests to remove photos from Bushel Bash controlled/related websites and social media accounts will be honored.)
